I had to return a couple of books, and the process itself was okay. I was a little impatient waiting on the refund, but it did show up after a few days.

I ordered a bulk set of books and wasn’t feeling super confident about how they’d arrive. I’ve had enough packages show up with dinged corners and torn covers that my trust in ordering books online has definitely worn down a bit.
But this order was packed really well. The boxes were sturdy, nothing was crushed, and the books were wrapped snugly so they weren’t sliding all over the place, without being buried in excessive packaging either.
It sounds like a small thing, but when you’re buying a lot of books at once, condition really matters. This experience helped ease some of that doubt, and I was genuinely happy with how everything showed up

The site itself was easy to use, and I found what I needed quickly. Checkout was simple too, so no complaints there. That said, I’m still expecting an apology for the issue I had along the way.

They did get back to me eventually, but I had to follow up twice before hearing anything. Not the end of the world, but whoever runs this really needs to stay on top of messages better.

The updates were good though, and I liked knowing when the order was being processed and when it actually shipped. One update came a bit later than I would’ve liked, which had me checking more than I should’ve, but overall it was a solid experience.
